ADSEI - ASSOCIATION OF DIRECT SELLING ENTITIES OF INDIA is a non-political, non-profit autonomous, self-regulatory organization incorporated under the companies Act, 2013 on dated 15 March 2021 day Monday to represent the voice of genuine direct selling companies in India with Union & State Governments; to achieve much needed legal sanctity.
The Direct Selling Entities of India (ADSEI)is the unique and united Direct selling business organization in the world representing companies of all sizes in every sector of the economy. Our members range from small Direct selling businesses to leading Direct selling industry and large corporations across India. They all share one thing in common: they are a champion of the India for their voices in New Delhi, across the country, and around the world. Trust the Association. Together, we, Direct Selling Entities of India (ADSEI), represent Indian Direct selling businesses of all shapes and sizes, from all sectors of the economy, and from every corner of our country.
We are always for the advocacy of the Legally Registered Direct selling Entities in India as well as outside the India. The sole aim was to help
new aspirants with awareness on finding a genuine direct selling companies and keep away from money circulations schemes.
ADSEI provides a platform for networking and consensus building across sectors and is the first port of call for Indian Direct selling
industry, policy makers and the international business community. With the efforts of ADSEI, we will be bridge between the Direct selling
companies and the Government to represent the fairness, legality, issues, problems, recognisation, authenticity of Direct selling Industry through
the representation , conference and convention with or through the Govt Authorities. From influencing policy to stimulating debate, engaging
with policy makers ,Govt Authorities and concerned Ministries, ADSEI expresses the views and concerns of the industry.
A. Protection to Genuine and legal Direct selling Entities
Every day, direct selling businesses are serving people, solving problems and saving lives. They are creating jobs in communities across the country and bringing with them opportunity, security and prosperity. It is hard work, with many uncertainties and obstacles, but India's job creators rise up every day and do it because they believe the power of business to be a force for good in our society. In the ADSEI, we get up every day to help them. The government also plays a role. With the right decisions, our Board of Members can help rather than hinder business-led growth. B. Advocating Government
ASSOCIATION OF DIRECT SELLING ENTITIES OF INDIA is representing the voice of genuine direct selling companies with Government of India & State Governments to form an appropriate legislative framework with the considering the issues/outcomes/problems of the Direct selling Entities and opinions to safeguard the direct selling industry in India. ADSEI provides a platform for networking and consensus building across sectors and is the first port of call for Indian Direct selling industry, policy makers and the international business community. C. Awareness Campaigning
ASSOCIATION OF DIRECT SELLING ENTITIES OF INDIA is conducting regional awareness programs across the nation, responding to emails / call from general public on their queries about direct selling companies, providing clarifications on various industry related queries and managing social media for right kind of contents.
D. Abide by Vigilant & Surveillance
In the interest of the Govt. and Legality and Genuineness of the Direct selling Entities, we shall be always in open eyes position with the efforts of Audit, compliances, continuously check and updating system -
• To Keeping Surveillance on the direct selling companies and their marketing practices.
• To Vigilant on money circulation schemes / companies, collective investment schemes, Ponzi Schemes and report to the relevant concerned law enforcement authorities.
